Dear Valued Customer,

Introducing new technology into your organization is exciting – a chance to improve employee satisfaction, streamline processes, boost security, and futureproof your organization. But purchasing new technology is only the beginning.

Service, maintenance and training play key roles in ensuring that technology systems function properly for as long as possible. Many of our customers share with us the challenge of finding ways to stretch their budget dollars while optimizing the lifecycles of their systems.

To offer solutions that best fit what you've told us you need, we have launched CEC SystemsCare. This new customizable program allows you to assemble a SystemsCare plan that works with your budget, staff and technology by selecting from one or more of following services:

  • Extended warranty
  • Emergency response
  • End-user training and education
  • Technical phone support
  • Systems evaluations and preventative maintenance
  • Software upgrades and support

To learn more about this program, visit our website www.cecinfo.com/systemscare or contact your CEC Account Executive.
