This March CEC brought together the company for an all-employee meeting. In addition to the state of the company, our employees took an opportunity to celebrate and encourage each other.

We recognized those employees who received positive feedback from the customer NPS survey, team members who were nominated and voted on by their peers for employee awards and those who served customers at CEC for 5, 10, 15, 25, 35 and 40 years. What a moment when the room was filled with applause and a standing ovation for our two 40 year service award recipients.

The meeting then wrapped up with motivational speaker, Chip Eichelberger encouraging us to keep "Switched On" and take care of the important things that matter personally, professionally and for our business.

Thank you for allowing our teams to use their talents and expertise to make your business better.

Survey Winner!

When you fill out our project and service surveys, we use your feedback to adjust customer service. Every respondent has a chance to win a $100 MasterCard gift card. Congratulations to our most recent survey winners: Apache Inc.'s Kory Catlett and Iowa Endoscopy Center's Dorothy Bassell!

Project Profile: Iowa Vets Home

Iowa Veterans Home's IT Bureau Chief attended CEC's annual Business Technology Conference, and learned about a nurse call system that would make life easier for nurses and better for veterans. The hospital then worked with CEC to implement a new nurse call system that integrated a 950 user phone system.   Learn more.

IT Client Support Expanded

Our IT team has expanded our client support with two key new positions. We welcomed Cindy Parker to the team as an IT sales specialist and Troy McDermott was promoted to the position of solutions architect, networking.  This change will offer even more resources for customers looking for communications tools, building their network and wireless infrastructure or integrating with other technologies.
