Kim Lehrman
Kim joined CEC in October 2019 as CEO after serving as a long-time board member. With a strong background in next-generation technology and talent development, she drives CEC’s purpose in the changing technology marketplace. By connecting our company’s product portfolio with our customers’ emerging business needs, she ensures that CEC continues to deliver depth and expertise in communication, collaboration, and security to everyone we serve.

Randy Montelius
Since joining CEC in 1982, Randy has held positions in field operations, service, sales, management, and engineering. He currently serves as CEC’s vice president of technology. This role allows him to apply his passion for technology as he helps our employees solve complex business issues for customers. Randy is a member of ASIS International, has served on several technology advisory committees, and has degrees in engineering technology and management development.

Greg Becker
When Greg Becker joined CEC in 2019 as the director of CEC’s Project Management Office, he brought more than two decades of finance, technology, and telecommunications experience with him. Greg now serves as CEC’s Director of Finance. He excels at fostering relationships and developing people and teams, so they’re empowered to implement process and system improvements that achieve high-quality results not only for our company, but also for our clients. In his role, Greg manages CEC’s long-term financial health and growth, helping the company establish strategies that streamline and optimize work so clients can achieve better results faster.

Brandon McDonald
After spending more than a decade at a national telecommunications company in sales and marketing roles, Brandon McDonald joined CEC in 2019. As a regional sales manager, he successfully led a team of Sales Executives who connect education, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, and corporate clients with the right technology solutions. After making a significant and lasting impact in this position, he was named CEC’s Executive Director of Sales. In this role, Brandon led our sales teams in helping complex organizations integrate technology systems to create simple, easy-to-use solutions that make their work easier. Today, Brandon serves as our Vice President of Sales and Marketing, overseeing the company’s sales and marketing strategies and developing our vision for the future.

Brian Morrow
Starting his low voltage career in the United States Navy as an Electricians Mate, Brian used his GI Bill after his military service to pursue further education in Telecommunications. Joining CEC in 2005 as a technician, he worked his way to leadership in 2012. The valuable technical and client-centric experiences he gained during his time in the field eventually led him to vice president of operations. Brian is now responsible for the project management, coordination, and execution of business operations as they relate to project execution and installation.

Ryan Staner
Ryan Staner has been with CEC since 2001, starting out as a systems technician while earning an associate degree in electronics engineering. He has also served as a project manager, system specialist, project engineer, and, most recently, general manager of fire and security before being named the assistant vice president of fire and security technology in 2022. He provides high-level direction and oversight for CEC’s expert team of fire and security professionals, ensuring that they have the knowledge and support they need to effectively resolve challenges for clients.

CEC has earned ISN RAVS (Review and Verification Services) safety certification again in 2021. This audit process assures company and staff compliance with OSHA guidelines, safety protocols, pandemic procedures, accident reporting processes and individual assessment.
